Due to the high cost of shipping curtain rods and we offer personalized service we are confident you are choosing the perfect curtain rod or track system for your Design project.

Shipping and Returns Policies: Our goal is to get your product to your door as quickly as possible, here's how we do it.
If on a special case any returns or exchanges are accepted the shipping price will not be refunded and if there was a promotion for shipping or free shipping the shipping price / cost will be deducted form the refund amount.
Shipping Times:
Order today and be confident that you will receive your order quick and easy. We ship directly from Drapery King Toronto, which saves you both time and money. In general most of our products ship within 2 - 3 business days. We ship via Purolator, FedEx, UPS ground and others so most packages come within a week of ordering. Place your order today and leave the rest up to us.
Where Do our Products Come From?
We have our merchandise ship directly to your door instead of first routing it through our office. We also ship directly from our Store Location. This saves you both time and money and is how we are able to offer you such low prices!
Instant Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please check your junk, promotions or spam folder if you do not receive an instant confirmation. You will receive another email with your tracking number when your order ships.
Free Shipping Promotions:
Free Shipping special offers are hard to come by, especially when it comes to heavy items and oversize like curtain rods. Shipping Is calculated at check out instead of building it into the price, you the client save more money this way.
AK, HI, PR Shipping
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Rural areas must ship by air or special delivery and is not valid with any free shipping promotions.
International Orders:
At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.A. and Canada
What if my Delivery Contains Damaged Goods or Parts?
If your product sustains damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect, contact us immediately. Please make sure to note any damage on the freight bill next to your signature. Email us. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized through our customer service dept. prior to return. Product will be exchanged and where product is not available customer will be aloud to choose a new item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
How can I cancel an order?
The fastest and easiest way to cancel an order is to reply to the instant order confirmation you received when you placed your order online. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will put it through the system as soon as possible. You will receive a 100% refund for all orders if we are able to cancel them before they ship. How can I exchange a Product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer service department can arrange a return authorization within 6 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned in new condition in the original boxes, not opened with all the paperwork for refunds, store credit, or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion when ordering, the full shipping amount will be deducted when getting a refund or exchange. Please email us for more information.
How do I return a product?

The product must be returned in new, resale-able condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund, credit, or exchange.
